ENHANCE Founder & CEO
Flinders Program U.S. Consultant and Master Trainer

Founder of ENHANCE and U.S. Consultant and Master Trainer for the Flinders Program, Krista has a passion for improving the quality of worklife for professional caregivers. This passion stems from her 25 years as a researcher, educator, and organizational leader, supporting clinical teams in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Witnessing the everyday realities facing patients, providers, and organizations lends a nuanced understanding to her approach with stimulating and supporting change by improving communication. Krista values a systems approach to facilitating interactions and behavior change, with a special interest in those conversations related to people engagement and self management.

In addition to her work with ENHANCE, Krista is an active Faculty member and Fellow with the Academy of Communication in Healthcare (ACH) serving as its Vice-President for External Education and a Board member.
